attentive staff helpful recommendations healthy choices restaurant bookings
I found the staff attentive. Alejandro and noelia at reception were particularly helpful. they provided excellent restaurant recommendations (jara became a favorite). the breakfast options offered many healthy choices alongside classic dishes. Younes assisted with restaurant bookings with a constant smile.
the rooftop pool area has minimal sunbeds, which could be problematic during peak times.

the hotel's central location provides easy access to the city center. it is very convenient for exploring the area (dalt vila is just a short walk away) and accessing nearby shops and restaurants.

Our beautiful king room was serene with comfortable beds and contemporary design. the room provided a relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the modern amenities provided, contributing to a restful stay.

decent location, but could be improved
misleading advertisement minimal sunbeds
the staff were super nice at breakfast.
the advertisement for rooms felt misleading. i booked expecting to be in the main building, but i got a secondary building down the road. when i complained because this wasnt clear, the team said i had to spend an extra £90 per night to move to the main building. on top of this, the rooftop pool had minimal sunbeds.
